Trinket's rooms were situated to the side of the Imperial Catering Department, west of the Gate of Heavenly Purity. Trinket, after winding his way north past Nurturing Nature Hall, then west through Longevity Gate, then north again past Longevity Hall and the Hall of Heroic Splendour, finally emerged at the Shenwu Gate, the 'Gate of the Divine Warrior', left the Palace, and made straight for the Ascension Tea-house.
